Tip for the Day!

I don't know why it should strike me now... one day the "Tip for the Day" pop-up window of my compiler read "Eat fresh vegetables everyday".

Morning Oats with milk and honey,
Afternoon Yummy chicken Pizzas, or pastas, 2-minute Noodles or some instant food for the dinner, and coffees all the time in between.

I was out for shopping.. and thought of buying some show pieces.. my friend show me a plastic set of Fresh vegetables to decorate our dining table. It was really good.. i'll send you the picture later.

By the way.. what was that tip of the day, you were talking about?
